interviews & events (erin jean warde)
For the next few weeks, as I focus on book launch, I’ll send an email each week with a bit of a “round up” so you can explore these resources if you’re interested.
Friends,
I have been cranking out a lot of interviews and featured in articles regarding my book, plus I want to share upcoming events and announcements. And I’ve got more to come! For the next few weeks, as I focus on book launch, I’ll send an email each week with a bit of a “round up” so you can explore these resources if you’re interested.
If you’re enjoying Sober Spirituality, these chats and articles might help you dive deeper. And if you don’t have your copy yet, I hope they offer free insight and support.
And of course — if you can make it to an event on Zoom or in person, I’d love to spend time with you!
With love & care,
EJW
INTERVIEWS & ARTICLES
On Mindfulness, Sobriety, & Spirituality (Let It Matter Podcast)
Join me and Kelly Wolfe as we discuss Sober Spirituality and my journey of mindfulness & recovery. We also discuss the underlying issues & dangers of Mommy-Wine Culture, as well as how the Church can be better allies for those in recovery. Kelly also wrote a blog about the episode!
Sober Spirituality: The Joy of a Mindful Relationship with Alcohol, Erin Jean Warde, Enneagram 6 (Enneagram + Marriage Podcast)
How can those who struggle with sobriety create mindfulness around alcohol, especially since the struggle affects all of us culturally as the leading substance issue today? Join us today for a compassionate and thoughtful conversation, as we share practical ways we can honor one another's experiences more gracefully and allow for rich conversations as we walk towards virtue together individually, in relationships, in community, and globally as well.
UPCOMING EVENTS
I hope you’ll join me and the Stevenson School for Ministry on April 26th from 7:00-8:30EST!
This workshop will explore the importance of hospitality in Christianity, name the current challenge our culture faces with alcohol, and talk through fun and thoughtful ways churches can grow in showing compassion toward those who don't drink. Churches growing in hospitality to sober people serves not just to change our churches for the better, but to grow them, as churches can become safe places for sober visitors and their friends.
This workshop has a price tier option. Whether a complimentary ticket, $15, or $30 fee fits your life - everyone will receive the same experience.

Waco friends, come hang out with me May 3 at 7:00PM at St. Alban’s! I’m really excited to be talking about my new book and seeing friends, both old and new. There will be books available for sale if you don’t have your copy yet and would like to get one!
NEW WEBSITE
Amidst the joy of book release, I am also releasing a new website! I’ve worked with an incredible website & branding duo — Corinne & Mary Ann of Corinne Consulting, who I cannot recommend highly enough — and I’m thrilled to share the new design of my site. My website is important, because it helps me find the people who might best connect with me and my work. Sharing myself with integrity also helps people discern if we’d be a good fit, and my new site shares my joy and passion in a way that feels so true to my heart.
Enjoy the site and share it with anyone you encounter who is curious about my work!
